OpenAI has officially acquired Roi, an AI-powered personal investing app offering portfolio aggregation and tailored chatbot financial advice. Only Roi’s CEO, Sujith Vishwajith, will join OpenAI post-acquisition. This follows OpenAI's spree of strategic buys, including hardware firm io and analytics startup Statsig.
